HOME WATCH SERVICES

• Bringi in all mail, packages, newspapers, and remove solicitations
• Exterior residence and property inspection
• Visually check roof, gutters, and downspouts from ground level
• Check exterior windows and screens for tears and damage
• Check for any signs of vandalism
• Check all interior levels of residence
• Check windows, doors, and sliders to make sure they are locked/secured
• Visually check for signs of mold or mildew
• Odor detection
• Run water in all sinks, tubs, showers to keep drainage traps from drying out
• Flush all toilets
• Check under all sinks for leaks
• Check hot water heater for signs of leaks
• Check HVAC thermostat for proper temperature
• Record temperature inside residence and adjust accordingly if applicable
• Record temperature of refrigerator and freezer

• Start a vehicle or re-arrange vehicles in driveway 
• Landscaping or trimming
• Water indoor plants
• Set-up indoor cameras (temporarily)
• Install timers on outlets for lights
• Check and change smoke alarm batteries if needed
• Change HVAC filters
• Post storm and other weather inspections (debris, damage and power)
• Waiting service (deliveries, contractors, packages, etc.)
• Manage contractors
• Concierge services 

Visits are usually scheduled on a daily, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis. The Service Police LLC strongly recommends more frequent visits in order to significantly reduce the chance of issues that may arise on any day or season. 

All Clients will receive a detailed contract with itemized services and pricing before services are provided. 

The Service Police will either provide an email, text or send a detailed report depending on homeowners specifications after every visit. 

Immediate notification and pictures to property owner or designee of any issues that may be found upon inspections.
